Founded in 2009 by Ron and Andrea Lipof and Barbara Resh, GG's Original is a manufacturer of the best tasting gluten free gourmet potato pancakes and bakery items for retail and food service organizations.  

We started our business after the passing of our great-grandmother (GG) who made a fantastic kugel.  GG lived 100 years!  She had 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  She cooked for every occasion and her traditional recipes were always the centerpiece of every holiday.  Every item we manufacture to bring to your home must meet the highest quality standards that GG would demand.  The love and effort we put into all of our recipes is a tribute to our GG.  It is our great pleasure to share these recipes with you.

Our products are manufactured in a dedicated gluten free facility and currently available in supermarkets, specialty stores, and colleges and universities 

We utilize 100+ year old recipes and expert chefs to produce all of our specialty items just like GG used to make.  Our professional kitchen facilities are located in Needham, Massachusetts.

GG's Original was named a finalist to participate in the 2012 MassChallenge Startup Accelerator.
